our veterinary clinic in Irún – a stress-free and hassle-free experience

Book an appointment

When your pet needs care, the last thing you want is to waste time or not know who to turn to.

At Muxkilda Veterinary Clinic, we’ve simplified the process so you can get in touch, ask questions and book an appointment quickly, clearly and hassle-free.

Because looking after your pet’s health starts with something basic:
having access to a vet who listens to you and gives you reliable answers.

When should you book an appointment?

It’s not always easy to tell whether something is urgent or can wait.

But there’s a simple rule: if you’re in any doubt, it’s best to check.

We recommend booking an appointment if you notice:

  • Changes in appetite or behaviour
  • Lethargy or reduced activity
  • Problems eating or chewing
  • Bad breath or signs of dental pain
  • Limping or difficulty moving
  • Vomiting, diarrhoea or urinary problems

And also, even if everything seems fine:

  • Routine check-ups
  • Check-ups for older animals
  • Vaccinations and preventative care

Many illnesses start without showing any clear signs. Detecting them early makes all the difference.

A welcoming clinic designed to make your visit stress-free

We know that coming to the vet isn’t always easy, either for you or for your pet.

That’s why we’ve also made sure access is easy:

  • Free parking in the area
  • A quiet location in the Urdanibia neighbourhood
  • Access by public transport: Irún Bus Line 1

We may not be in the most central location, but that has one advantage:
less noise, less stress and a more peaceful experience for your pet.

Before you come: a few tips that make all the difference

To make the most of your appointment, we recommend that you:

  • Bring any previous reports or medical records
  • Make a note of the symptoms you have observed
  • Let us know when you first noticed any changes
  • Do not give your pet any medication without veterinary advice

And one important thing: don’t worry if you’re not entirely sure about all the details. That’s what we’re here for.

We want you to feel at ease right from the very first contact

We know that visiting the vet often brings with it worries, doubts or even fear of what they might tell you.

Our approach is different:

  • We explain clearly what’s going on
  • We offer you real options
  • We support you in your decision-making

No rushing, no unnecessary technical jargon and no need to cause unnecessary alarm.
